By Dominic ChoppingFinnair Oyj said Tuesday that it carried 823,500 passengers in February, up 0.9% from 816,200 passengers in January, and compared with 443,000 a year earlier. The Finnish flag carrier said that as Covid-19 pandemic effects are fading, passenger traffic figures improved year-on-year. The negative impact of the Russian airspace closure on Asian passenger traffic figures was, however, visible in February compared to the prepandemic figures, it added.
