You may think a successful business person will have no time for you but you’ll be surprised how often other business owners are willing to help teach the next generation. Joining a local business incubator can also be a way to fasttrack finding suitable mentors. Mentor relationships will also change over time; having multiple mentors who guide you through different challenges in your business and personal life is completely acceptable.
