Financial market activities are at 'very healthy levels', says EPF CEO - Nation

KUALA LUMPUR: Financial market activities are at “very healthy levels” on Bursa Malaysia, said Employees Provident Fund (EPF) CEO Datuk Shahril Ridza Ridzuan. “The markets are fine, I think it’s in line with the global and regional markets. There has been a slowdown in all regional markets because of global political issues. Shahril Ridza added that markets go “up and down all the time” and should be viewed in long-term periods. Asked on the topic of discussions with the CEP, Shahril Ridza said the meeting was on the EPF and its plans for its members.
