The upheaval in Jamie Oliver’s restaurant business continued yesterday with confirmation that its finance chief had resigned after only six months in the role. Crispin Holder, who had worked for The Restaurant Group for more than six years, latterly as director of finance, took over in October from Tara O’Neill as chief financial officer of the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group. A spokesman for the celebrity chef said that Mr Holder had been replaced on an interim basis by Ting Ou Yang, finance director of Innervate Technology Solutions. The business has recently finished a restructuring, involving a company voluntary arrangement of its Jamie’s Italian chain — an attempt to close the business’s loss-making sites while avoiding administration.
