The final phase of works to finish the ‘extensive’ refurbishment of a footbridge in Windsor town centre got underway this week. The refurbishment works look to connect the Coach Park to Windsor town centre for pedestrians. Signposted alternative routes and lift access are in place from the Coach Park to the town centre and Windsor Castle. Phase one of the works, involving the refurbishment of bridge lift, has been completed. This final phase of works include cleaning and repainting the steel bridge structure, preventative maintenance and anti-corrosion works.
