There will be no final exams for students in public schools where classes are suspended because of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19). This year’s academic calendar schdules quarterly exams for Grades 6 and 12 on March 12-13. Instead of exams, the class standing of students will the basis for in computing their final grades. Teachers will not be required to report to schools unless ordered by the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS). DepEd also said that the week of April 13 to 17 has been designated for moving up, graduation or recognition rites.
