"The court was of the opinion that the High Court was correct to call the appellant to enter his defence." 3.30pm: Chief Justice Tengku Maimun says that Federal Court is ready to deliver its verdict on Najib's appeal. 3.27pm: The Federal Court has dismissed Najib's application to recuse the CJ.
