Income from film and TV productions in Buckinghamshire has passed the £1million mark for the first time – partly due to a six-figure filming deal in South Bucks. Farnham Park in Farnham Royal has become one of the key locations. Sitting just north of Slough on Beaconsfield Road, the Farnham Park Playing Fields include sports fields and a baseball and softball complex. “It’s a remarkable performance in such a short period of time – testament to the successful work of our film office. Buckinghamshire Film Office also works more broadly to promote Buckinghamshire as a film-friendly location and to ‘maximise the opportunities from screen tourism’.
