Roland Sumani SeiniA documentary film titled ‘The Forgotten Kingdom Chronicles of the North’ by Roland Sumani Seini will be screened at the Goethe-Institut in Accra on Thursday, September 6. The film is a story of Naa Gbewa, a prince and cavalry man who established his empire in the area of modern day Ghana, Burkina Faso and Togo. His objective is to document past events and use research as a vehicle towards promoting peace in Northern Ghana through education. He is keen on promoting the fact that Northern Ghanaians have one common ancestry, thereby, helping to encourage unity and togetherness. Goethe-Institut Ghana is sponsoring the screening, which will also include a question and answer session with the director.
