It’s a classic beef dog from New York’s purveyors of healthy, artisanal hot dogs, Brooklyn Hot Dog Company, who favor antibiotic-free meats in natural casings (not the nitrate-packed kind you get on the street, which are generally a nutritional assault worthy of Isle of Dogs’ Trash Island).
