PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte helped a Filipino boy based in California with his homework, saying hello to him, his classmates and his teacher. In a letter, 11-year-old Andre Esteban, who lives in California, asked if Duterte could grant his “special favor” for a short video message for an assignment he’s doing in class. I would like to say hello to Mrs. Richiutti and his (sic) students in Fresno Adventist Academy in California, USA, especially to you, Andre Esteban. Duterte also expressed confidence that Esteban would do great in his “nationality report,” a school project. God bless you, Andre.”Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel Piñol also got wind of the letter, saying that he requested the Presidential Communications Operations Office to record a video clip of Duterte’s message for the boy, his classmates, and his teacher.
