Fiji have proved the New Zealand sevens team's nemesis once more, knocking them out of the Las Vegas tournament in the quarterfinals, in dramatic fashion. However, Fiji were then pinged straight after for going off their feet at a ruck. Another penalty at the ruck gave Fiji a chance at the death, and they flicked the ball round in style. New Zealand's defence scrambled well, then another penalty came to Fiji at the ruck.
