Such funding should be the duty of the United States as a major nation. We realized then that a lot of important information about Chinese feminism had not been communicated to the West. So I thought maybe we could carry on our work in the United States. Since then, the exhibition has toured the United States and generated discussions about Chinese feminism. And the Facebook site Free Chinese Feminists has become a platform for Chinese feminists to participate in global issues.
