Police are reporting fighting and disorder on a popular party street as thousands of students return to Dunedin. "As per usual O-Week has kicked off and we've got fighting and disorder on Castle St," Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen said. Dinnissen urged students to be careful about how much alcohol they consumed, and not to mix drugs and alcohol.
