While mystery looms over who will be the inheritor of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa's properties including sprawling estates, her niece Deepa Jayakumar today sat on dharna outside Poes Garden claiming ownership of the property. Deepa claims that Poes Garden is her property by law of inheritance. Deepa also had a heated argument with the security guards outside Poes Garden. But, Deepa has not shown much interest in carrying forward the political legacy of former Tamil Nadu CM. Sasikala, Jayalalithaa's close aide for over two decades, laid claim on the political legacy of the popular leader, who was lovingly addressed by her followers as Amma.
