A class V student was allegedly raped by her brother-in-law in Madaripur’s Uttar Mohisher Char area on Monday. According to the family sources, the girl came to Madaripur to visit her sister’s house three days before. On Monday night, her brother-in-law Miraj Matubbor took her for a walk in the city. After visiting a couple of places around the city, Miraj took her to a dark and desolate place and raped her, the sources added. Madaripur’s Additional Superintendent of Police Suman Dev told the Dhaka Tribune that they have been looking for Miraj Matubbor.
