KARACHI: Former DSP Yaqoob Jutt has been declared guilty in an inquiry conducted into the torture incident of three youngsters at the Ferozabad Police Station. Three teenagers accused of teasing girls in the Police Lines area were said to have been tortured by police officials on December 22. An investigative report into the incident included statements of over 15 individuals, including the Ferozabad SHO and on-duty policemen. According to sources, the report has been sent to Sindh Inspector General of Police AD Khawaja and strict action has been recommended against the DSP. Following the incident, the families of the tortured teenagers staged a protest outside the police station.
