A synthetic drug supplier in Feilding who was found by police with cash and drugs strapped to his chest says he only supplied drugs to his parents. Tawhiri Wickliffe, 18, pleaded guilty in the Palmerston North District Court on Friday to various charges, including supplying and possessing psychoactive substances. Wickliffe was arrested on June 16 in Feilding after police performed a routine traffic stop on the car he was driving. Wickliffe's guilty plea comes after police issued warnings about synthetic cannabis use in Feilding following the death of 21-year-old Bradley James Wahanui after taking the drug.
