"It's been a huge topic in our household over the last month," said Pitre, who has specialized training in using yoga to cope with stress, anxiety and depression. Kay Pitre says exams have been a big topic of conversation in her household. "If you're at a desk and you're studying all day and you're stressed out, then just get up and move around." Kay Pitre suggests heading outdoors as a way to cope with exam stress.
