A study at Cornell University found that 40- to 65-year-olds who scored highly for positive emodiversity showed lower levels of inflammation. These findings suggest that for health benefits, it’s not so much the amount of positive emotion that you experience, but its diversity; so try your best to experience a range of different positive emotions every day.
