AN Ethiopian restaurant is proposed for Westminster. The City of Stirling is seeking feedback on plans to convert a Ravenswood Drive home to a restaurant and commercial kitchen. The site is near the corner of Mirrabooka Avenue and opposite a commercial area that abuts The Square Mirrabooka shopping centre. It is zoned mixed use and a restaurant is a permitted use. But the application proposed changes to parking and access so the City wants feedback on potential impacts on amenity of the surrounding area.
