Federated Farmers is urging Kiwis, urban and rural, to be careful around animals this Guy Fawkes as fireworks sales go off with a bang in Palmerston North. Hell Pizza general manager Ben Cumming said with Guy Fawkes falling on Saturday this year, the company expected fireworks sales would hit record highs. Most of the company's fireworks sales were usually made on the day itself but this year they had been going strong from day one, on Wednesday. "Palmerston North is ranked fourth and Feilding is fifth in fireworks sales, out of the 65 Hell stores selling them.
