JOHOR BARU: A 36-year-old man, his pregnant girlfriend and her two teenage sons have pleaded not guilty to charges of physically abusing his 14-year-old son. The man pleaded not guilty before Sessions Court Judge Kamarudin Kamsun for inflicting injuries on his son. He allegedly committed the offence between February and Aug 14 in No, 31, Jalan Camar 5, Taman Perling. The woman, who is six months pregnant and unemployed, was charged at the magistrate's court for committing the offence between July and Aug 14 at the same address. Meanwhile, the two teenaged accused were charged under Section 323 of the Penal Code for causing hurt on the victim from July to Aug 14.
