CABAGAN, Isabela — A 48-year-old man and his 13-year-old daughter drowned on Saturday morning (May 18) at a deep part of the Pinacanauan river, police said. Loreto Salas Jr., a 48-year-old tricycle driver, and daughter Mia Marloleth, are residents of Santo Tomas town, who joined family and friends for a picnic along the riverbank in Barangay Angancasillian.
