Police have recovered the bodies of two boys with their throat slit and rescued their injured father, who had a stab wound on his throat, in Dhaka’s Pallabi. Law enforcers believe the man attempted suicide after killing his children. Police went to the scene in the Baigartek area on Saturday when the incident was reported, recovered the bodies, rescued Ahad and sent him to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. “Initially, we believe that the killer was the father Ahad,” said Sub Inspector Sohan Molla of Pallabi Police Station. However, Sohan said the motive for the killing and the suicide attempt is not yet clear to law enforcers.
