The accident scene./MATHEWS NDANYIOne person has been killed and four others seriously injured in an accident involving a presidential press vehicle at Ainabkoi Junction along the Eldoret–Nakuru highway. A Prado heading towards Nakuru collided head-on with a Voxy that was travelling to Eldoret. Uasin Gishu Police Commander Benjamin Mwanthi confirmed that the driver of the Voxy died on the spot. Two of the injured were women who were travelling with two other male passengers in the Voxy. He said the injured, including the driver of the Prado, were taken to hospital in Eldoret.
