Court summon­s witnes­ses on Oct 17KARACHI : Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Farooq Sattar was indicted in a decades-old loudspeaker violation case on Monday. The senior party leader pleaded not guilty to the charges. The hearing was adjourned after the court summoned case witnesses on October 17. Warrants issued for Farooq Sattar, other MQM-Pakistan for ‘resorting to violence’Sattar is accused of violating the Loudspeaker Act and is booked in several other cases. He is currently on bail, along with party leader Waseem Akhtar who did not appear in court.
