Farmers fed up with deer poachers on Argyle Station

Argyle Station owners caught poachers in the act and say they have real safety concerns for people hunting where they shouldn't be. The group had shot a wild deer, which Gunton said could be sold for about $1500. Seven staff work on the station and Jeremy often goes hunting with them. With roar season approaching, Jeremy was concerned an incident under similar circumstances to this one, could have fatal consequences. In 2015, also during the roar season, Gunton had caught five poachers.
