The 'disgusting' behaviour of a family who dumped a dozen dirty baby wipes outside his Northland property has left Grant McCallum fuming. The Kaipara beef and dairy farmer said he stopped to offer assistance to a family changing their baby on the roadside just before Christmas. When he returned 10 minutes later, the family had gone, leaving a trail of dirty wipes in their wake. Replies showed the issue was common in rural areas and McCallum said all farmers got sick of finding roadside rubbish.
