Farmer, burger seller among three charged with terrorism - Nation


SEPANG (Bernama): Three people were charged in the Sessions Court here with terrorism-related offences. In the first case, farmer Muhamad Nuurul Amin Azizan and burger seller Muhammad Syazani Mahzan, both aged 27, were alleged to have gone to Indonesia to carry out terrorist acts. They were charged with committing the offence at Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) at 6.55am on April 26 last year. In another court before judge Saifulakmal Mod Said, restaurant worker, Hafiz Othman, 42, was charged with a similar offence by going to Sinai in Egypt. He was charged with committing the offence at Gate C1 Satellite Terminal of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at 6.05pm last May 17.
