The Nebraska Department of Agriculture and Legal Aid of Nebraska are sponsoring succession clinics across the state for farmers, ranchers and their families, including one in Fairbury. The free clinic will cover succession planning, USDA and farmer programs, debtor and creditor law, and more. It also will include one-on-one sessions with an ag lawyer and an ag financial counselor.
