Of all the unfortunate outcomes in this season of Fargo, it was Swango's death that bummed me out the most. That's why she ends up a stiff on the street in the end, while Burgle just dons a new uniform. If there is a next season of Fargo it will be about different characters in a different time. In Fargo's third season the physical door in the show itself remains shut, but the narrative door is left wide open.
