Nigel Farage has quit as leader of Ukip for the second time, suggesting the Brexit vote means his political dreams have been answered. Minutes later, however, he didn’t rule out a return to frontline politics if he politicians… He added he would not change his mind again, after he resigned from the leadership then resumed the position after last year’s general election defeat. The controversial and talismanic figure on the right of British politics, who was one of the founders of Ukip and assumed the leadership in 2006, declared that he was standing down for the sake of his family.
