The family of two American women was searching for answers Wednesday after the sisters were found dead at a tropical African island resort. “At this point, the only details we know are the articles flying around online,” Chris Korkki told the Star Tribune. Hotel staff had observed the pair drinking alcohol throughout the day and had to be helped to their room last Wednesday by a butler at around 8:15 p.m., according to the Seychelles Nation.
