Family of slain King Country couple not bitterMaxine Moana-Tuwhangai Nick Tuwhangai said the family was not "sitting back and feeling bitter". CHRISTEL YARDLEY/FAIRFAX NZ Ross Bremner's body is removed from Mona Tuwhangai and Maurice O'Donnell's home in Kinohaku, on the King Country's west coast, on Saturday afternoon. The Tuwhangai whanau want to know why Ross Bremner was not better taken care of, and why the Government is failing mental health patients. However, he said there was no reason to believe that Ross Bremner had a connection with Mona Tuwhangai and O'Donnell. Both of Mona Tuwhangai's parents are buried there and her mother grew up in the small King Country town.
