Mohammed Abdul Mossabir and his family say they waited six months for repairs, causing them untold misery. Mr Saeed said: "It is really distressing. Mr Mossabir is recovering from a second heart attack suffered last year, aged 47. Mr Saeed added: "It is a really desperate situation for the family. "To add to their misery the roof above the main bedroom started leaking several months ago.
