Stepanyan was 40-years-old when he was reported missing. He was last seen on the evening of Dec. 23, 2023. In January, Toronto police canvassed the area Stepanyan was last seen at, saying recent information led investigators to treat the case as a potential homicide. CBC's Naama Weingarten reports.
