Nucos’ family became very emotional upon receiving the remains, an OWWA representative said. The family said that Arlyn and her sister Arceli were working abroad to help their family, and with Arlyn gone, they are hoping to receive financial assistance for funeral and burial expenses. Based on reports from Singapore authorities, the driver of the car is now in custody as the investigation into the accident progresses.
