Lawyers for Joanna Toole's family are accusing Boeing of a 'catalogue of serious failures' before the crash on March 10. The crash killed 189 people, just months after 157 died on board the same model of plane in Indonesia - heaping pressure on the American planemaker. He went on: 'Since the crash happened we learn more and more about the Boeing 737 MAX and its problems. But some Boeing aircraft were not equipped with it as it was not required by regulators.
