Slain sixth-year medical student at Moi University, Ivy Wangechi, who was brutally murdered on Tuesday last week in Eldoret, will be buried on Thursday, her family has said. According family members, who spoke to journalists on Sunday at their Makongeni home in Thika, Ivy will be buried at her parent’s home in Mahiga, Nyeri County. Mr John King’ori, the family’s spokesperson and Ivy’s uncle, said they have let justice to take its course. We have already introduced a pay bill number to Kenyans and we hope to get support from well-wishers,” he said. The pay bill number is 855050 under ‘Ivy Wangechi send-off’ while the account number is the name of the well-wisher.
