The US Justice Department (DOJ) announced that it has reached an agreement with Boeing to resolve a criminal charge related to a conspiracy to defraud the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In the settlement agreement, Boeing has agreed to pay Ksh.273,875,000,000, with Ksh.54,775,000,000 expected to go to the victims’ families. Families of the victims will be receiving around Ksh.153,370,000 each.
