Snapchat has a lot of young users. Maybe too many. Last week Snap Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer Evan Spiegel said 90% of 13- to 24-year olds had discovered Snapchat—more than Facebook and Instagram in the U.S. and several other key markets. While that figure paints a picture of a company with a very loyal fan base, new data suggests Snapchat’s users may be more fickle.
