Police said that gold and ornaments worth over a crore have been recovered from them. According to the police, five women were arrested near Ghazipur Bus Depot on Wednesday while two others had been arrested last week. All the seven women are natives of Bhagalpur in Bihar. While one of them distracted members of the victim's family, the other stole valuables by breaking the locks of almirahs and drawers. They were able to pick up only real jewellery articles of high value while leaving behind artificial jewellery.
