Fairfax sells Cuisine magazine to senior staffTony Nyberg Cuisine editor Kelli Brett. Foodie magazine Cuisine has been bought from Fairfax Media in a management buyout. Fairfax chief executive Sinead Boucher said Cuisine had been a trophy title for Fairfax but she had comfort it would continue to thrive under its new ownership. Fairfax would provide advertising and production support to ensure the next edition of Cuisine appeared with no impact to readers and advertisers. Fairfax, publisher of stuff and a raft of print publications including The Dominion, The Press and The Sunday Star-Times, bought INL in 2003.
