Generally fair weather is expected in Metro Manila and most parts of Luzon but thunderstorms are likely to occur in the afternoon, the state weather bureau said Tuesday. The easterlies or warm wind blowing from the Pacific is the dominant weather system in the country, the Philippine Atmospheric ,Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Pagasa said Caraga and Davao region will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms.
