MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila and most of Luzon will experience good weather conditions in the next 24 hours, according to the Philippine Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). ADVERTISEMENTIn its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, Pagasa said the Tail-end of a Cold Front (TECF) is affecting the weather in the eastern section of Southern Luzon while the Northeasterly Surface Windflow (NESWF) is affecting Northern and Central Luzon on Tuesday. Pagasa said the surface windflow will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains to Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Central Luzon. Meanwhile, the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. It will be light to moderate in the rest of Luzon and in Visayas and Mindanao.
