Faeldon ‘clueless’ but vows to ‘obliterate son’ if guilty of drug useBy The Manila TimesCORRECTIONS (BuCor) Chief Nicanor Faeldon was woken up on Friday morning by the news that his estranged son was arrested in a drug raid in Naga City, alongside his partner’s father and associates. Faeldon said he was “totally” clueless of the incident as Nicanor Faeldon Jr. had not contacted him, noting that the boy lived with him when he was young but that he had had since been staying with the mother. “I am totally clueless on that incident as neither my son nor the police authorities have contacted me,” he said in a statement. In fact, Faeldon assured police and prosecutors that he would personally castigate Nicanor Jr. if he was ever found involved in the drug trade or if he was tested positive for drug use. “I will personally obliterate him from the face of the earth,” he added.
