A spokesperson for The Guardian told Reuters in an email that the image is fake. A search through the outlet’s website did not reveal the headline (www.theguardian.com/uk), and neither did an external search (ghostarchive.org/archive/jMQDt). Archives of The Guardian’s homepage saved on Aug. 5 did not reveal the headline (here). No such headline was published by Izzard or The Guardian.
