Sadly, no one within Facebook realised that at a few days ago when company CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Rachel Franklin, who runs Facebook's VR programme, took a virtual tour of the flood-hit Puerto Rico. Zuckerberg apparently wanted to help so his company tied up with Red Cross and donated $1.5 million towards flood relief programme. But Zuckerberg decided to announce the Red Cross partnership on VR, while touring Puerto Rico on VR, with his cartoon avatar laughing and chatting with the avatar of Rachel. I also wanted to share the news of our partnership with the Red Cross to help with the recovery. With the government officer and lawmakers investigating how Russians influenced the US presidential election using Facebook, Zuckerberg recently said that he regretted downplaying fake news problem.
