The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI) is giving away 100,000 washable cloth face masks to 10 state hospitals to help overcome mass shortages that are putting healthcare workers at high risk of contracting the coronavirus. "This group should have priority when it comes to face masks." Air Vice-Marshal Krailert Thiennukul, a representative from Bhumibol Adulyadej Hospital under the Royal Thai Air Force, said his hospital desperately needs more face masks and alcohol. "The hospital wants to say thank you to the FTI for the masks and alcohol because hospitals are facing a shortage," he said.
